Il Contratto di sviluppo gestito da Invitalia finanzia i grandi investimenti anche nel settore turistico, con contributo a fondo perduto in conto impianti e alla spesa, finanziamento agevolato e contributo in conto interessi. L'investimento minimo è di 20 milioni, che scendono a 7,5 milioni per i progetti turistici nelle aree interne o per il recupero di strutture dismesse (Invitalia).The development contract managed by Invitalia finances large investments including in the tourism sector, with non-repayable grants on plant and expenditure, subsidised loans and interest contributions. The minimum investment is €20 million, dropping to €7.5 million for tourism projects in inland areas or for the recovery of disused buildings (Invitalia).
