Il cliente chiedeva calma, non ostentazione. Da qui una sottrazione progressiva: nulla da mostrare, tutto da abitare, in una quiete continua.The brief asked for calm, not display. Hence a gradual subtraction: nothing to show off, everything to inhabit in steady quiet.

SoglieThresholds
Il passaggio tra le stanze è affidato a poche misure: un'altezza costante, un allineamento tenuto fino in fondo. Si cambia ambiente senza accorgersene, guidati dal ritmo delle aperture e da un silenzio che accompagna il gesto quotidiano.Moving between rooms rests on a few measures: one constant height, an alignment held to the end. You change space without noticing it, led by the rhythm of the openings and by a quiet that follows the ordinary gesture.

Sottrarre fino a trovare la calma. Volumi puliti in rovere tabacco, resina continua, marmo nero attraversato da venature bianche: la materia è l'unico ornamento e la luce di via Libertà fa il resto.Subtract until calm appears. Clean tobacco oak volumes, seamless resin floors, black marble crossed by white veins: material is the only ornament, and the Palermo light does the rest.

Resina in tonalità neutra a terra, senza fughe né interruzioni. I volumi contenitori sono in rovere tabacco, dal disegno calmo. Nei bagni il marmo nero a venature bianche disegna quadri astratti.Neutral resin on the floors, poured without joints. Storage volumes in tobacco oak, quiet in grain. In the bathrooms, black marble with white veining draws its own abstract paintings.
