CASA #A157 IN COPERTINA SU ARCHITETTURA-ITALIANA
L’amore per il minimalismo giapponese insieme all’innata attitudine all’arte dell’ospitalità, è la lettura in controluce dell’ultimo progetto Casa #A157 firmato dallo studio palermitano DiDeA.
Grazie ad una progettazione curata in ogni dettaglio, dai complementi agli elementi d’arredo,DiDeA ha realizzato un’abitazione capace di cambiare ed adattarsi ai diversi momenti della giornata.
La zona living come un unico grande open space abbraccia la cucina, la sala pranzo e il soggiorno.
Nella cucina domina l’isola, un grande corpo cromato nero, che ospita il piano cottura e piano di appoggio e di lavoro, mentre nella struttura a parete sono posizionati i lavelli a scomparsa e le scaffalature
Il gioco degli spazi nascosti da ante filomuro ritorna in diversi punti della casa, con la doppia funzione di contenitori ed alloggio per le funzioni tecniche.
Spazi minimali, arredati con pochi e scelti elementi che ribadiscono l’atmosfera intima, già introdotta dal calore del pavimento in parquet.
Il sobrio minimalismo è mantenuto nella stanza matrimoniale, riservata al letto e due semplici comodini e nei bagni, essenziali nelle dimensioni e nella scelta dei materiali.
Accompagna ogni scelta progettuale, la presenza studiata di soluzioni e strumenti tecnologici che ottimizzano l’uso della casa, oltre a diventare veri e propri caratteri progettuali.
The house is 120 square meters and it employs interior elements that are able to serve several functions. The architects decided to give more space to the day zone, to share with friends and family.
Right after the entrance there’s an open plan living, kitchen and dining area.
The main feature of the kitchen is the black volume designed to host hob and work area; on the wall a storage cabinet designed with the function of optimizing the spaces and creating storage.
There are many concealed storage cabinets that create space-saving solution inside this apartment and keep the space looking as minimal as possible.
The living and dining room are flooded with light thanks to the big windows that open on a little balcony. The spaces are essential with few furniture pieces as the lamps Toio by Flos and Tolomeo by Artemide, and the chairs around the table by Vitra.
The home automation system was studied to help the owners enjoying their home at its best.
Different types of flooring define different zones : natural wood flooring is used for the living dining room and for the bedrooms creating a strong contrast with the resin used in the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and closet room.
The small bedrooms are sparingly furnished, the bathroom doors are concealed in the walls. The master bedroom has a new built-in wardrobe.
The bathrooms are more than essential- with concrete plaster walls and floor with wooden designed -to- fit elements and red bathroom fittings (sink and radiators).
