Un fast food a Bagheria ripensato come luogo di passaggio e sosta: banco continuo, luce calda e superfici materiche che ordinano il flusso senza rigidità.A fast food in Bagheria rethought as a place to pass through and pause: a continuous counter, warm light and tactile surfaces guiding the flow with ease.

ConceptConcept
Il progetto nasce dal ritmo del servizio rapido: ingresso, ordine, attesa. Tre gesti tradotti in un percorso lineare e riconoscibile.The design follows the rhythm of quick service: entry, order, wait. Three gestures translated into one clear, linear path through the space.

MaterialiMaterials
Cemento spatolato, legno di rovere e lamiera brunita costruiscono un fondo neutro. Le piastrelle smaltate verde salvia segnano il banco, mentre l'ottone brunito riscalda le luci sospese.Troweled concrete, oak and burnished sheet metal build a neutral background. Sage-green glazed tiles mark the counter, while brushed brass warms the suspended lighting above the seats.

Insegna disegnata su misura, incassi in lamiera piegata, sedute compatte in legno: ogni dettaglio è pensato per resistere all'uso quotidiano.A custom-drawn sign, folded metal insets and compact timber seating: every detail is calibrated to withstand daily use, without losing its grace.

Un fast food senza asperità: superfici materiche, luce bassa e calda, geometrie nette che guidano il movimento. Lo spazio si compatta attorno al banco e restituisce ordine anche nelle ore di punta.A fast food without hard edges: tactile surfaces, low warm light and clean geometries that guide movement. The space tightens around the counter and keeps its order even at peak hours.

SogliaThreshold
Dalla strada la vetrina lascia intravedere l'interno: un filtro sottile tra il rumore di Bagheria e la penombra della sala. Si entra senza attriti, la soglia non separa ma accompagna, e il passo rallenta di un tempo appena, quasi senza accorgersene.From the street the glass front hints at the room within: a thin filter between the noise of Bagheria and the dim interior. You step in without friction; the threshold doesn't divide, it accompanies, and the pace slows by a beat, almost unnoticed.

LuceLight
La luce scende in fasci brevi, tenuta bassa sui piani di lavoro e più diffusa sulle pareti. Nessun bagliore frontale: l'illuminazione misura le distanze, segnala dove fermarsi e lascia in ombra ciò che non serve allo sguardo.Light falls in short beams, kept low over the working tops and softer along the walls. No frontal glare: it measures distance, marks where to pause, and leaves in shadow whatever the eye does not need to follow.

Novantacinque metri quadri su una strada di Bagheria, dove il cibo si consuma in piedi e in fretta. Qui l'intervento sceglie la misura: pochi elementi, un'identità precisa, uno spazio che si riconosce dalla soglia e resta in mente.Ninety-five square metres on a busy street in Bagheria, where food is eaten standing up and in a hurry. The project answers with restraint: few elements, a precise identity, a space you recognise from the doorway and remember after.
